Hello, everyone! I'm Finnegan, and I'm 9 pounds and 10 years of pure, sweet Bichon Frise! My Mommy couldn't care for me any longer, so Bichon Rescue of Orange County scooped me up and said to her. "Don't worry, we'll take care of him and find him a forever home!" My foster Mom says I am a complete love bug who is good with kids and other dogs. I'm friendly with people, too. And, you can see by the photos that I am cute as can be. There's just one thing...I don't hear very well, so my foster mom might have to find another way to call me for dinner. It doesn't bother me too much. I'm getting used to it, and it doesn't hinder me in any way. Well, maybe don't sneak up behind me and tap me on the shoulder! I love to cuddle and take a walk. I am housetrained too.. I have had a thorough health examination, I’m microchipped and I will have  dental done every 6 months
