Hello! I'm Billie, and I’m brand new to Bichon Rescue of Orange County.  I'm a happy boy of about 16 pounds and I'm 11 years old.  I’ve spent my whole life with the same great family, but now they are having a baby and needed to find me a more suitable home.  I love to go for long walks and then cuddle up in my humans lap and take a little "power nap" and then I'm back to playing.  I am looking for my forever home and can handle experienced gentle kids who won't pull my tail or ears.  I love other small dogs.  I have had a thorough health examination, I’m microchipped, neutered, and I will have a dental cleaning prior to adoption.
